Loin Chops with Lemon, Honey & Thyme Marinade

This sweet and spicy lamb chop recipe couldn’t be easier.

Ingredients

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

3 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

4 American Lamb chops (loin, rib, sirloin or shoulder)

Directions

*Marinate time: 4 hours and up to overnight
